• Your orders will be delivered within or earlier than the time range you picked (orders may be delivered before the time slot upon confirmation from customers).
• The cut-off time for delivery is 09:00 pm. Every order placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following business day.

For broken/damaged products, no refunds or exchanges without the original packaging.

All Orders picked up by customers or delivered directly to customers will require IDs and credit card checks to verify the customer's identity and their possession of the physical card used to make the online purchase. We do not take Gift Cards and Pre-paid Master Cards for Pick-up and Delivery orders.
